A) SLUDGE BREAKER

BCHEM ‘S SLUDGE BREAKER liquefies existing sludge, gum wax and tar in Fuel Oil. It also separates water from oil-water emulsion to prevent further formation of fresh sludge. It saves oil by liquifying sludge, that normally would be discarded. The product eliminates plugging of suction lines, strainers, preheaters and burners. It reduces surface tension of fuel and allows proper atomisation at burner, this in turn gives better efficiency per unit of fuel.

Bchem’s SLUDGE BREAKER  can be used in fuel oil and crude oil tanks. It acts throughout the fuel system and reduces maintenance costs and boiler downtime while giving greater fuel efficiency. 


B) Dual Purpose Plus (DPP)

BCHEM ‘S DPP is a blend of Dispersing agents, water-displacing surfactants and combustion improver chemicals. It ensures complete combustion with minimum soot & fly ash. It also prevents low-temperature corrosion. It can be mixed in Fuel Oil being used in Boilers, Furnaces & Diesel Engines.


C) SOOT RELEASE POWDER/STICKS

BCHEM Soot Release Powder/sticks is an inorganic compound for use in coal or oil-fired boilers, exhaust gas boilers, incinerators and process furnaces. It prevents slag build-up.  It also removes existing combustion deposits and slag from refractory and the metal fireside surfaces of boiler tubes, superheaters, exhaust gas uptakes and exhaust gas boilers. It is also useful in Boilers where bagasse is used as fuel.

It is injected into the boiler furnace.  The product does not burn but forms a dense vapour that reaches all parts of the boiler, reacts with the fireside deposits and reduces these to soft powder.  Manual cleaning and soot blowing are reduced to a minimum or can even be eliminated completely.
