We manufacture various types of cleaning chemicals for removing dirt, oil & grease from ferrous &  non-ferrous metal surfaces, porcelain, glass, painted surfaces, stones & wood etc. Our general cleaning chemicals are also used in offices, stores, factories, and workshops.

A) SEA CLEANER

BCHEM’S   SEACLEANER   is a concentrated emulsifying chemical. It reacts with oil & grease deposits and forms an emulsion, which turns milky white when washed with water. Oil, grease, dirt and grime can easily be emulsified and washed/ rinsed from the surface of any metal. Various machinery parts, workshop floors, tools, engines, motors and other equipment can also be cleaned with this product. This product can also be used to clean Oil Storage Tanks by spraying the product as it is on the tank sides.

B) TANK CLEANER (HD) 

BCHEM’S TANKCLEANER (HD) is a highly powerful product based on petroleum solvents, emulsifying agents and surfactants. This product is excellent as a tank cleaner for mineral oils and petroleum-based residues. The product can be applied neat with a brush, by hand, sprayer, or by immersion and soaking. Tank Surfaces can be washed down by tank washing machines or high-pressure cleaning machines. This product reduces the vessel ‘s cleaning time without manual cleaning, is easy to apply and does not interfere with ship operation.

C) ECOCLEANER 

BCHEM’S ECOCLEANER  is an eco-friendly multipurpose and slightly alkaline cleaner, formulated for use onboard ships. This product is specifically formulated to improve cleaning efficiency without polluting seawater. This product can be used for removing light strains of dirt, oil and grease from any surface like a deck etc.  ECOCLEANER homogenizes grease and oil particles into small sizes and disperses them evenly in water. Particles are kept segregated and prevented from recombining and reattaching to the cleaned surface.

D) HCF CLEANER

BCHEM’S HCF CLEANER has been developed to remove residual hydrocarbon from cargo tanks after they have been cleaned with our product TANKCLEANER HD. It is a biodegradable, water-based cleaner, containing special solvents and surfactants, which reduce the surface tension and quickly emulsify free-flowing hydrocarbons.

E) AQUABREAK 

BCHEM AQUABREAK is a water-based multipurpose cleaning & degreasing agent. It is low toxic, non-custic, free from hydrocarbon solvents. The surfactant formulation with complex binders has a good cleaning efficiency and removes dirt and oily matters effectively. 

F) AQUATUFF CLEANER 

BCHEM’s AQUATUFF CLEANER is a water-based alkaline multipurpose cleaner & has various applications. It can be used to remove grease, wax, vegetable & animal oils, soot and general dirt and grime from any surface. Aquatuff Cleaner is also used for cargo hold cleaning after unloading coal, pet coke and other bulk materials. It is biodegradable & free from hydrocarbon solvents. 

G) BCHEM 808

BCHEM 808 is a powerful tank cleaner based on petroleum solvents, emulsifying agents & surfactants and is used for removing tar coal, crude oil and other heavy hydrocarbons from tank surfaces. The product can be applied neat with a brush, by hand, sprayer, or by immersion and soaking. Tank Surfaces can be washed down by tank washing machines or high-pressure cleaning machines. This product reduces the vessel ‘s cleaning time without manual cleaning, is easy to apply and does not interfere with ship operation.

H) BILGE CLEANER

BCHEM’s BILGE CLEANER is a water-based multipurpose cleaning and degreasing agent. It is low-toxic, non-caustic, free of hydrocarbon solvents and biodegradable. BILGE CLEANER has numerous general cleaning applications including the removal of grease, oil, sludge, carbon deposits and grime. It can be used for cleaning engine rooms, cargo tanks, galleys and decks. It is also suitable for cleaning soiled textiles such as rugs, covers, mats, overalls etc.

I) DYESTUFF REMOVER

BCHEM’s DYESTUFF REMOVER is a water-based eco-friendly & biodegradable dyestuff cleaner, it is based on perborate, wetting agents & surfactants. It is a strong oxidising agent & removes dye discolouration.

J) TEEPOL

BCHEM’s TEEPOL is a liquid detergent with good foaming qualities & contains wetting agents that allow fast action and remove oil, grease or dirt from any surface. It is recommended for use onboard ships,  in laundries, hospitals and maintenance departments of all industries.  This product can also be used for cleaning dishes, woodwork, floors, leatherwork, desks, toilets, showers, windows, automobiles, lorries etc. 

K) DEGREASER 

BCHEM’s DEGREASER is used to remove oil, grease & oil spills by emulsification from all surfaces, tanks, heat exchangers & oil side of condensers. All machinery parts, workshop floors, tools, engines, motors and other equipment can also be cleaned with this product.

L) ALKALINE SAFETY LIQUID

BCHEM’s ALKALINE SAFETY LIQUID is a non-caustic heavy-duty Alkaline Cleaner to clean tanks of Vegetable Oils & fats. It can also be used safely to clean the oil side of condensers and heat exchangers, inside and outside of motor vehicles, goods and passenger trains. This product prevents redeposition, settling and reattachment of soil to the surface being cleaned.

M) SEDIMENT REMOVER

This is a polymer-based biodegradable product to remove sediments, silt, and mud from ballast tanks, cooling water systems, pipelines etc.
