These products are used for general maintenance of plant & equipment, which includes removal of extraneous materials like carbon, scale, dirt & rust.

A) CARBON REMOVER

This product is used to remove carbon, grease , oxides, oil, fuel residue , tar , paint & resin etc from Fuel  Oil, Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Diesel engines, machinery parts & metal surfaces.

B) AIR COOLER CLEANER

This product is used to remove oil, grease and carbon deposits from Air Coolers & Scavenger Systems in all types of engines. Fouling of the air cooler is reduced, thus improving heat transfer and engine efficiency. Pressure drop across the air cooler is also kept to a minimum.

C) DESCALING LIQUID ( Rust and Scale Remover):

This is an acid-based product containing descaling accelerators, corrosion inhibitors & wetting agents to remove water scale & rust from metal surfaces. The product is safe on all metals except Aluminium, Zinc and Magnesium. It has an unlimited shelf life. The product removes rust and water scale from fire tubes and water tube boilers, condensers, superheaters, economisers, evaporators, steam, water lines, distillery equipment, air conditioning units, water jackets of internal combustion engines, cooling and piping systems etc.

D) COAL TAR REMOVER

This is a powerful emulsifying and effective liquid to remove coal tar, asphalt bitumen, Oxidized crude oil etc from any surface. It does not leave carbon residues on the cleaned surfaces.

E) ALKALINE LIQUID

This is a heavy-duty Alkaline Cleaner containing sequestrants, powerful synthetic detergents, salts & soaps to remove crude & oxidised oil/residue from storage tanks and crude-carrying pipelines and for effective cleaning of tanks and pipelines of crude oil. It enables fast penetration and economical removal of oil & grease films by saponification and emulsification. It is non-corrosive to ferrous metal and does not affect epoxy coating.

F) BCHEM 603

This is a non-toxic product to free seized components of machinery & free rusted nuts, bolts etc. It is also used to remove rust.

G) DISCLEANER

This is an inorganic acid-based product containing inhibitors, surfactants & emulsifying agents to remove heavy carbon and varnish deposits from Fuel Oil and Lube Oil Separator discs.

H) METAL BRITNER

This is an inorganic acids-based product to remove oxide, rust & stains from metal, wood tiles and painted surfaces. It will effectively clean, brighten and protect metal surfaces from rust.

I) LIQUID DETERGENT

This is a biodegradable liquid detergent with good foaming qualities and removes oil, grease or dirt from any surface. It is recommended for use onboard ships,  in laundries, hospitals and maintenance departments of all industries.  

J) HAND CLEANER

This is a gel-type waterless skin cleaner to remove grime, oil & grease from hands. It keeps hands soft and is harmless.

K) ELECTROSOL

This is a specially formulated product for degreasing and cleaning electrical equipment such as motors, generators, circuit breakers, distribution panels, machinery, instruments, etc. This product is very effective for removing dust particles and oils, where water washing is cumbersome, messy, troublesome or rust-promoting.

L) ANTIMOIST

This is a specially formulated product to remove dirt, and grease & displace water from electrical equipment. It leaves behind a non-greasy film to protect from corrosion.

M) PAINT REMOVER 

Bchem paint remover is a powerful liquid compound to remove old paints from Wooden and metal surfaces.

N) CEMENT REMOVER 

Bchem cement remover has been developed to remove dry cement stains & cement cargo deposits. The product immediately penetrates & dissolves cement deposit, resulting in complete cleaning of the surface.

O) RUSTOLINE

Bchem Rustoline is a high-speed penetrating oil. It enters minute spaces, thus freeing frozen connections quickly e.g. rusted bolts, nuts and joints.  It also removes rust from metal surfaces.
